Inside Our Truss Manufacturing Facility

See how your custom roof trusses are built from start to finish.

This video takes you through our manufacturing process, showing how we transform Grade 1 lumber into precision-engineered structural systems ready for your jobsite.

What you'll see in the video:

Workers positioning lumber pieces according to your specific engineering drawings, with each board measured and cut to exact specifications. Assembly takes place on jig tables where top chords, bottom chords, and web members are arranged into the truss design pattern that matches your project requirements.

Hydraulic presses embed metal connector plates at every joint, creating the structural connections that give trusses their load-bearing strength. Each completed truss is inspected against specifications before moving to the staging area.

Finished trusses are organized by project and bundled for delivery to your mountain jobsite.

The difference 35 years makes:

This footage shows the manual craftsmanship and precision that goes into every truss we build. Our manufacturing team knows what works in real-world mountain construction—not just what meets minimum code requirements.

From custom residential homes to complex multi-story designs, this is how we build trusses that arrive ready to set, without surprises or field modifications.
